Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, then you must notify us within our cancellation period of 14 days from you receiving your order. If you have experienced an issue with an item/delivery, then please include details of this.

You will have a further 14 days from notifying us of your return to send the order/items to our returns address below:

The email request should include your name, order number and if available the tracking details of your return. Prior to returning any items back please make sure you have followed the conditions below or your return will be rejected and returned to you:
  • You have notified us of your return within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • The items are unworn, unwashed and show no signs of make-up transfer and/or deodorant/smells.
  • All items have the original tags attached.
  • The return includes the correct dispatch paperwork filled out with the return request details.
A full refund on the item(s) will be provided if a return has passed all our terms and conditions. The outbound delivery charge will not be included in the the refund. All refunds will be made onto the same method used to purchase the items. Please send all returns on a fully tracked service as customers are liable for the loss of the goods if the parcel is lost on its return to us. We will support our customers with any claims made against the delivery company in these situations.
Kindly provide as much detail as possible on the returns form (included with your order) to avoid any delays once received at our warehouse.
